The prices quoted on the Website are in euro and include all taxes (24% VAT) other than shipping costs. The shipping costs are charged to the Customer and appear during the order while invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.
Batis.me reserves the right to modify the prices applicable to the products of its E-shop at any time but undertakes to apply the prices listed on the Website at the time of your order.

Batis.me sends to all over Greece with Courier. The delivery time is 2-5 working days.

The shipping cost is € 1.85 throughout Greece. (Delivery is done with COURIER from 2 to 5 business days.)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to return it to our store within 10 working days of receipt, provided the product has not been opened. Then we will refund the cost of your order.
The cost of return is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect, if the product is damaged during transport, or if you received a different product from the one you ordered. In these cases, the cost is borne by Batis.
On receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and otherwise indicate in the delivery note and in the form of handwritten post-signatures any abnormality.
